This 30-minute one-on-one session is not your typical nutrition consult. We’ll dive deep into your unique story—your symptoms, your struggles, and your soul’s needs. Rooted in functional nutrition, this session is designed to help you connect the dots between food, body, and spirit. Whether you’re dealing with chronic fatigue, inflammation, gut issues, or just feeling lost about what to eat, I’ll help you uncover what your body is really asking for. You’ll walk away with clarity, practical steps, and renewed trust in yourself.

After you book, you’ll receive a secure email invitation from my client portal (Practice Better) with your intake form — a.k.a. your personal deep-dive dossier.
It’s not one of those quick, three-question “how’s your digestion?” forms. Nope — this is a 12-page exploration into your story: physical, emotional, nutritional, even ancestral. Think of it as your health autobiography. Every question is there for a reason — to help me see patterns, connections, and the little details that often hold the biggest clues.
Filling it out thoroughly allows us to spend our 30 minutes together doing what actually moves the needle: getting to the root, not reciting your health history. It also lets me prepare ahead — reviewing your intake, sketching your initial matrix, and (when appropriate) beginning protocol notes so we can dive right in.
Everything you share stays completely confidential inside my encrypted, HIPAA-compliant portal — because your privacy matters as much as your progress.
And while one session can absolutely offer clarity and next steps, it’s not meant to fix everything in half an hour (I’m good, but not that good). We’ll use this session to uncover the “why” behind your symptoms and outline where to go next — whether that’s a Premier Case Review (a full lab-based deep dive), a four-month support package for structured, ongoing work, or even a monthly meal-planner membership if food strategy is where you want to focus.
